when ever i try to turn on the wifi, it keeps saying there is an error, how can i fix this? the wifi on it did work on it for a while but not anymore?
Just unpacked my new SUPERPAD VI and am stumbling through the system. The first thing I notice is the lack of an operating manual. Can't get the Browser to come up so I'm working on a notebook. Any thoughts about a manual ??
I have the same problem with the Wi-Fi not connecting. Even when it it shows the signal is good, and I'm sitting next to my router, it attempts to connect and then disconnects. It does this multiple times, and sometimes (not often) I can get it to connect for a while, but then it loses connection again.
I just bought the Super Pad VI for Christmas (2012) and so far it is a great disappointment. It may have all those features specified but they are pretty useless if you can't access them. The manual is a tiny booklet badly translated from Chinese. I cannot download anything due to being constantly dumped off the internet. Had a hard time changing to a US time zone. No support offered. No contact info. Buy it and you're out in the cold.
I just buy this to for Christmas and know that I am making research to how to used it I just found out that I have a clone from china , so disappointment whit the seller
good luck have had all the same problem you guys are having...battery will not stay charge very long.. got this for college class however will not stay charge long enough for even 1 class this was a was of money...
I've had mine for a few months now, only been using it for the little toddlers to play baby games, but all of a sudden I haven't been able to charge the tablet. I've tried every power socket in the house but none will charge it. I didn't have a problem charging it before, it's only happened now. Anybody have a solution??
