Currently the company Sigma is one of the most popular brands among bike enthusiasts when talking about bike computers and that is why we decided to test one of their best selling products.

Sigma BC 16.12 STS is a wireless road bike computer part of the Topline 2012 range and it offers wide variety of functions, including cadence functions

To begin with probably the biggest advantage of the Sigma BC 16.12 STS computer is that the speed transmitter which is positioned on the fork of the bike is connected wireless to the main computer which is a huge advantage for some consumers who wouldn't like additional cables attached on their bicycle, especially if it is one of those expensive models with built-in (in tube) cable system.

Another thing that I can point out about the BC 16.12 STS is that it is a bit frustrating to get it assembled and running. There is a step by step instructions manual included in the package but still I didn't find it very easy to set it up for the very first time.

We tested this computer on a 2x2 Worldwide Race road bike which is a standard road bike with carbon fork produced in UK.
