Head Extreme MP Lite - tennis racket that got us super impressed

Image
We are truly impressed with the performance of the Head Extreme MP Lite tennis racket after our initial test - our feedback If you follow our consumer blog regularly you would probably know that we are big tennis fans. We have tried and tested various tennis rackets throughout the years and always shared our honest opinion about them.  Today we are reviewing the  Head Extreme MP Lite after just one game (2 plus hours of testing) which got us really impressed. It seems like one of the most versatile rackets we have used so far and one that we strongly recommend buying in 2022, especially if you find it discounted for the winter season.  Head Extreme MP Lite key features : Mid-Plus Head Size : The racquet has a head size of 100 square inches, which is considered a "mid-plus" size. This can provide a good balance of power and control. Flexible Beam : The racquet has a flexible beam, which can help absorb vibrations and provide a more comfortable feel on shots.

Wilson Ultra 100L v3 tennis racket review - better without Countervail? Wilson Ultra 100L V3 tennis racket - our consumer feedback  Since we first tested the first version of the Wilson Ultra tennis racket couple of years ago we totally loved it. It was precise and relatively easy to swing, with adequate power and decent flex. It was a very versatile racket which unfortunately lacked personality which was both good and a bad thing at the same time.  Today we are taking a closer look at the 2020 edition of the Wilson Ultra 100L v3 which is the lightweight version of the popular series used by Gael Monfils, Borna Coric other professional players from the tour.

Wilson Pro Staff Team racket

Image
Features and specifications of the Wilson Pro Staff Team (280) tennis racket From a short research that we did last week we noticed that the 2021 Wilson Pro Staff Team racket is quite rare to find and can't be bought in all markets around the globe.  For many tennis fans and most professional players the Pro Staff Team wouldn't be of any interest due to its more forgiving approach aimed at recreational players. Still, we decided to spend some time and take closer look into this quite interesting racket.

Yonex Ezone 100L 2020 edition - first impressions

Image
Our first consumer impressions after a short playtest with the latest Yonex Ezone 100L Deep Blue tennis racket The  Ezone 100L next to our current favorite - the Head Graphene 360 Instinct S  We were quite excited to get our hands on the latest Yonex Ezone tennis racket and test it. Unfortunately, it didn't go as smooth as we expect. And what we expected was a premium racket from a Japanese manufacturer, famous with producing some of the highest quality frames on the market.  Here are some of the positives and the negatives that we experienced in our first review of the lighter version of the popular Yonex Ezone 100 ( deep blue edition, 2020 mode l) .

Yonex EZONE 100L tennis racket - consumer opinion

Image
Yonex EZONE 100L - tennis racket specifications and consumer opinion We have tested couple of tennis rackets in 2020 and actually bought couple of them since we liked them a lot. Unfortunately, not all of them suited the game we were expecting so we needed to get rid of them (or at least most of them).  That was the case with the latest generation  Head Graphene 360+ Speed S which I used only for couple of months. It is not that is a bad racket but it was attackers' racket with extremely small sweet spot, so we sold it. It is a shame because that was one of the more comfortable frames we used in 2020.  Another racket that we sold from our inventory was the Wilson Ultra 100L Camo which offered large sweet spot and great control. Unfortunately, it wasn't balanced right so some shoulder pain occurred after two seasons playing with this frame.  The only one that we kept is the  Head Graphene 360 Instinct S which is a great blend of power, control, big sweet spot and comfort.  No

What tennis racket should you buy in 2018

Image
Choosing a new tennis racket in 2018 might be a difficult job!? If I should give a straight answer to this question that still would be Babolat. The Pure Drive Lite is my personal choice for tennis racket in 2017 and I will count on it 2018 for various reasons. Here are couple of them: Maneuverability Top spin Remains stable with low vibration levels Lightweight (for the Pure Drive Lite model)

Wilson Pro Staff Six-One 100 Lite BLX - Pro but not quite

Image
Quick review and consumer comments about the performance of the lightweight tennis racket Wilson Pro Staff Six-One 100 Lite BLX I haven't posted anything about my tennis rackets recently and just wanted to drop few lines about the racket that I used to play with and sold after about 10 quite unsuccessful games - the  Wilson Pro Staff Six-One 100 Lite BLX . Well, on paper that seems like a pretty good racket, good combination of power, maneuverability and control. But that remained only on paper. On the court the maneuverability the Six-One 100 Lite felt inconsistent and anything else but stable. Most of these problems got resolved with my current racket - the HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP which besides the fact that felt a bit harsh at the very beginning is just fine for my gameplay. It really bugs me sometimes whether if I should try another racket or not but I guess that will come with time. For now I will stick with the Radical MP and focus more on the physical activities and getti

HEAD Graphene XT Radical Lite tennis racket review

Image
Video review of the lightweight tennis racket HEAD Graphene XT Radical Lite HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP is a great racket and I am still using it as my primary stick as it is versatile and ideal for club players. But there is something with it which made me look around for a replacement racket. I checked many rackets with different specs from different manufacturers but the one that grabbed my attention was the HEAD Graphene XT Radical Lite .  HEAD BOOM tennis racket As I am looking for a forgiving and lightweight racket I think that is one of the best choices with 102 sq.in. head size and unstrung weight of 260 grams.

HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP - one month review

Image
HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP tennis racket review after one month of use I bought the  HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP tennis racket couple of weeks ago and after I played with couple of times I can say that this is one really good racket. Despite the fact that this particular model from the Radical series is more 2 years old it feels like any other modern racket and it is worth the 100 Euros (I bought it with quite good discount).

HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP - not a beginners racket

Image
HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP Specs and quick review of my new tennis racket - HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP HEAD Youtek IG Radical MP is my latest tennis racket. I bought it last week and today I had my first practice with it. What I can share with you as a first impression is that this is definitely not a beginners racket. Even though it weighs just 295 grams the head heavy balance makes it feel a bit heavier and hard to maneuver.

Wilson Pro Staff Six-One 100 Lite BLX tennis racket test

Wilson Pro Staff Six-One 100 Lite BLX tennis racket real world test and review My Wilson Pro Staff Six-One 100 Lite BLX Wilson Pro Staff Six-One 100 Lite BLX has been on the market for quite some time and it proved to be another very good racket from the Pro Staff series. This racket has the largest head size compared to the  Wilson Pro Staff 90 and  Wilson Pro Staff 95 which makes it the most forgiving and amateur friendly racket in this range. I myself don't have much experience with Wilson tennis rackets before but decided to switch to this brand after almost 10 years of great experience with different HEAD and Babolat rackets.

Head YOUTEK Graphene Speed S tennis racket

Image
Head YOUTEK Graphene Speed S tennis racket review Head YOUTEK Graphene Speed S is currently one of my favorite rackets and that is why I decided to make this quick review of the racket. Actually if I had to replace my Head Ti S1 it would be either with the Head YOUTEK IG Speed Elite  or with the  YOUTEK Graphene Speed S. Head YOUTEK Graphene Speed S tennis racket Head YOUTEK Graphene Speed S has a headsize of 100 square inches and weighs just 285 grams (300 grams with strings). This makes it perfect for advanced players who like the power and control of a premium professional racket but want a lighter, more maneuverable frame. The YOUTEK Graphene Speed S will suit to most women tennis players.

Wilson BLX Pro Staff Six.One 100 specs and video review

Image
Price, features and specifications of the Wilson BLX Pro Staff Six.One 100 tennis racket Wilson BLX Pro Staff Six.One 100 Wilson BLX Pro Staff Six.One 100 review  - today we are going to take a look at one of the rackets that I particularly like and there is a big reason for that. This amazing racket is part of the same series that the best tennis player of all time is using - Roger Federer . The  BLX Pro Staff Six.One 100 has bigger head size than Roger's racket and therefore will suit wider range of tennis players but it is still a very well suited professional tennis racket.
