Samsung UE32F6400 is the latest suggestion from Samsung in the 32-inch LED TV class. This Full HD 3D Smart LED TV is fully equipped and no matter its high price tag it is definitely good value for money.

In this review we are going to take a look at the main features and specs of the Samsung UE32F6400 and see if this TV is really worth the money.

Currently Samsung is making some of the best LED panels and that is one of the reasons it is in the world top 3 manufacturers of 3D and Smart TVs.

Design and looks

Samsung UE32F6400 looks very stylish thanks to its thin frame and metal finish of the stand. I personally don't like shiny stuff like brushed aluminium on my TV but most consumers find this attractive. 

The TV itself is part of Samsung's One Design series and is very thin and the overall feeling is for much smaller device than it actually is. The shiny quad stand keeps the UE32F6400 stable on its place. 

Picture quality

Samsung is using plenty of its latest high-end technologies to improve the picture quality of the UE32F6400 and make it one of the benchmarks in this segment. The Full HD 1080p picture is combined with technologies like 200 Clear Motion Rate and Auto Motion Plus 120 / 240 Hz. The Wide Color Enhancer Plus is a software which improves how colors appear and make them look much more natural. Of course you also have the 3D HyperReal Engine for 3D movies and programs and Mega Contrast for dynamic distribution of high contrast. 

3D

Samsung is one of the manufacturers which prefers to use active 3D technology. Samsung UE32F6400 is equipped with active 3D with very good performance from almost any angle. You also have 3D converter and Samsung 3D app in the Smart hub. 

Smart TV

The great performance of the Samsung UE32F6400 as a Smart TV is thanks to its dual-core processor which manages all tasks much faster and smoother than other conventional Smart TVs. Samsung UE32F6400 has built-in WiFi adapter and easily connects to your home network and the Internet. There is plenty of apps that are available for this TV - open browser, social networks, Samsung 3D and many others.

Connectivity

Samsung UE32F6400 has plenty of connection options on board - 4x HDMI, 3x USB, RF In, IR out, Ethernet (LAN), Component and Composite, Digital audio and 3.5 mm headphone jack are all available. You can also rely on Samsung WiFi Direct, AllShare and ConnectShare for easier and faster transfer. 

Sound

Samsung UE32F6400 delivers good sound from its two 10W speakers but this TV would be much better with some quality external sound system. DTS Studio Sound, Dolby Digital Plus/ Dolby Pulse and DTS Premium Audio 5,1 are supported by the UE32F6400. You can also enjoy 3D sound but this option is not suitable for all programs so I would recommend you to have it off by default. 

Price

We can't expect fully equipped  32-inch 3D Smart LED TV to be cheap and this one is not as well. Samsung UE32F6400 can be found in tech stores for around £500 which is a good deal for a premium brand TV with this many features.
