AIWA RS-55 review: A retro pocket radio with a modern punch

AIWA RS-55 Review: Retro Style Meets Modern Sensitivity In an era dominated by digital streaming and smart speakers, there is a unique satisfaction in the tactile click of an analog dial. For my latest test, I went back to basics with the AIWA RS-55 AM/FM receiver . AIWA is a legendary Japanese brand, and with the RS-55, they’ve managed to capture a vintage aesthetic without sacrificing the build quality we expect today.

I have reviewed so many TVs this year but this is probably my favorite - the 43 inch 4k Ultra HD AQUOS TV by Sharp - the LC-43UI7352E. That's one affordable smart television that I would totally recommend for its good picture, premium sound quality and variety of Smart TV features through the built in Wi-Fi connection.

Design and looks
Sharp LC-43UI7352E packageSharp AQUOS LC-43UI7352E is a simple looking TV with a thin plastic frame imitating brushed metal/aluminum. The stand is very stable but not looking as premium as you may find in some competitors in the higher price range. I like the thin frame and the simple and clean design of it.
It is not going to win the Design awards for 2018 but I totally approve it. As far as I know this Sharp TV is manufactured in Poland and I believe the quality would be on a decent level, just like many of the products made in the European country also associated with some Philips televisions.

Picture quality
Even though the  LC-43UI7352E is a 4k Ultra HD TV most of you will watch their programs on 720p or 1080p and very rarely in Ultra High Definition it is a clear advantage in case you decide to enjoy a movie in maximum resolution. I like the picture quality but I am not fan of how the  LC-43UI7352E performed in the color reproduction - some colors were kind of washed out while others were just a bit sharper looking.
I am not sure how exactly the  AQUOS technology works but it is not as good as what Sony and Samsung currently offer in their mid-range 4k panels. Viewing angles are pretty good and I could easily see the picture from any angel without noticeable distortion.

Sound
The sound is on a very very good level and that is thanks to Harman Kardon and their two 10W stereo speakers with Dolby technology (Dolby Digital Plus and DTS digital sound). The sound is clear and I was really surprised to hear nice mids and bass from stock speakers without subwoofer. I will give the sound a well deserved 9 out of 10. The speakers are loud enough and one would be totally fine with the LC-43UI7352E even without additional sound system, it is really that good (for the price of course).

Smart TV
I spend about an hour playing with the Smart TV AQUOS features and apps that come with Sharp LC-43UI7352E. It was really easy to set up the TV with the local WiFi (took me about 2 minutes) and had no connection issues after that whatsoever. I tested some YouTube playback in Full HD and picture and sound were just great, no lag or large pixels noticed. I didn't set my Netflix account on the  LC-43UI7352E but I am sure that it would be as easy to use. You can also check additional apps in their company Sharp Aquos NET+ Apps store.

The Sharp LC-43UI7352E also supports Wi-Di so you can easily connect it with Intel WiFi enabled computers.

Connections
The Sharp LC-43UI7352E has a full set of connectors on board: 3 x HDMI, 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0, Optical sound, CI+ slot, 3.5 mm headphone jack,  mini Scart, Antenna, Ethernet. I also noticed an SD card slot on the back of the TV.

Remote control and menu
The remote control of Sharp LC-43UI7352E is large and easy to use. All buttons are intuitive, nothing really special, quick buttons for YouTube and Netflix and sensible menu layout with support in multiple languages including Bulgarian and English (those two are the most important I believe, ha ha ha).

Price
The price for the Sharp LC-43UI7352E varies depending on the location where you will shop for this TV. In Europe it will cost you 400 Euro while at the rest of the world the price is set around $450-500.

Thank you for checking my real world consumer test and review of the affordable Sharp LC-43UI7352E, I hope you find this information useful. I would recommend you to check the rest of my TV Reviews for more television tests and of course my personal consumer opinion.

Sony Bravia KDL-42W650 is still not very popular around the world and the reason for that is not the lack of quality or functions which this TV is fully packed with but because of the fact that the  KDL-42W650/ KDL-42W650A is mostly going to be sold in Eastern Europe and some parts of Asia. Of course you can find this TV in other countries as well but it is still not presented in huge markets like UK and USA.

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 First Look Review: Did They Fix the Flaws?

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3: Flaw Fixed, Efficiency Gained Hey everyone, and welcome back! I was excited to finally get my hands on the third generation of the Lenovo ThinkPad E16 . As many of you know, I spent a good amount of time with the Gen 2, and while it was a solid business machine, there were definitely a few things that needed attention. This is my very first look at the Gen 3, and I wanted to share my initial feedback on what’s improved and what hasn’t. The E16 Gen 3 I’m reviewing here is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, shared Intel graphics, and 32GB of RAM.
