Sony 49XG7005 4k TV with Triluminos display

Product features and specifications of the 4k Smart TV Sony 49XG7005 (and 43XG7005)

I remember the first I saw a big-screen Sony TV with Triluminos display couple of years ago. I remember I was amazed by its rich colors and contrast which were truly second to none. Unfortunately the TV was quite expensive and never considered buying one.

These days Sony are including the amazing Triluminos technology even in their mid-range TVs, just like the one will review today - the Sony 49XG7005 (and the smaller 43XG7005).

The 2019 XG series from Sony offer a nice blend of Smart features, amazing picture quality and relatively affordable price tag.

Now lets take a closer look at the most important product specs of the TV:

Pretty good specs. We have just one concern with the performance of the Smart TV features. Some people would rather get an Android TV but we believe some Smart televisions do just fine if their interface is set right.
For example, our Sony Bravia KDL 40WD650 has pretty decent Smart features and we have no issues whatsoever connecting with YouTube and Netflix and watching their productions in amazing quality (generally we use just these two apps most of the time).

Sony XG70 series - 4k TV with TRILUMINOS

Sony 49XG7005 - product price

The official retail price is around $700 (550-600 Euro in EU) but since this is 2019 model we found some pretty sweet deals for the 43 and 49-inch versions of the XG70 series.

Actually, we checked the 43-inch versions in store the other day and now we consider buying one (under $500 deal). We are quite sure that there will be some dropping prices during Black Friday in couple of days and during the Christmas Holidays in couple of weeks.

Here are some interesting alternatives of the Sony 49XG7005 / 43XG7005 TV:
Also, we will be happy to hear your consumer opinion about the Sony 49XG7005 TV - would you buy one or would you recommend something else as an alternative?

Sony Bravia KDL-42W650A Full HD LED TV review

Sony Bravia KDL-42W650A Full HD LED TV price, specs and review Sony Bravia KDL-42W650A  Full HD LED TV Sony Bravia KDL-42W650A review - today at our consumer blog we are going to take a look at one of the latest 42-inch Sony Full HD TVs which offers great picture quality and will suit best everyone who needs an excellent home cinema experience without 3D effects. Sony Bravia KDL-42W650 is still not very popular around the world and the reason for that is not the lack of quality or functions which this TV is fully packed with but because of the fact that the  KDL-42W650/ KDL-42W650A is mostly going to be sold in Eastern Europe and some parts of Asia. Of course you can find this TV in other countries as well but it is still not presented in huge markets like UK and USA.

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 vs. Gen 2: The Key Upgrades Review

Why the ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 Is Worth the Upgrade The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 series is designed to be the "budget titan" of the business laptop world, offering the classic ThinkPad durability without the premium price tag. In this review, we compare the latest Gen 3 model against its predecessor, the Gen 2, to see if the upgrades justify the jump. While both are solid, the Gen 3 delivers crucial quality-of-life fixes that make it the far superior option.

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 First Look Review: Did They Fix the Flaws?

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3: Flaw Fixed, Efficiency Gained Hey everyone, and welcome back! I was excited to finally get my hands on the third generation of the Lenovo ThinkPad E16 . As many of you know, I spent a good amount of time with the Gen 2, and while it was a solid business machine, there were definitely a few things that needed attention. This is my very first look at the Gen 3, and I wanted to share my initial feedback on what’s improved and what hasn’t. The E16 Gen 3 I’m reviewing here is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, shared Intel graphics, and 32GB of RAM.
