Which is the best Lorus chronograph watch?

Our opinion why the Lorus RT383HX9 is probably the best chronograph watch in their model line

We have tested and reviewed many watches throughout the years and of course we have some favorites among them. But one watch that we actually bought almost two years ago really surprised us - the Lorus RT383HX9.

Probably it's because it has a combination of features that matter for a good but yet budget chronograph watch. Here are some of them:

Looks and style

Probably one of the main reasons why we think the Lorus RT383HX9 is the best of their chronograph watches is that it really looks like a stylish product. We would never guessed that we will fall for a combination of black and gold but that is the case here. Lorus did a great job designing a very elegant watch that can easily be worn with casual to official outfit.

Our opinion is that this watch will best suit a young man between 20 and 40, wearing elegant long sleeve shirt or a polo shirt in the summer. Of course we are pretty much sure that this Lorus watch is a good fit for many other personas as it is elegant but yet has some sporty elements.

Quality

Lorus RT383HX9 is a well-made product. We reached this conclusion after almost two years of test in different condition - this watch has been in the snow, in the sand on the seaside, on the tennis court and sometimes in very harsh conditions. 

Last summer we also used it while swimming in a very salty water (in the sea). It is quite normal to see some wear and tear here and there but this the RT383HX9 stood up to all of the changing conditions and is still fully functional and still looks good (not like brand new though).

Price

One of the most important aspects of each product is the price. Everything that we described today and in previous reviews of this Lorus chronograph watch comes at a very affordable price. If you are located somewhere in Europe you can find it for as low as 100 Euro. Yes, that is the correct price, for a very beautiful and well-made watch.
