JBL Tune 130NC TWS earbuds - most valuable features and consumer feedback

Here is my opinion about the JBL Tune 130NC TWS earbuds and what are its most valuable qualities

JBL Tune 130NC consumer feedback

I recently bought the JBL Tune 130NC TWS earbuds and have been using them for a few weeks now. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase, but there are a few things I've noticed that could be improved.

My top 5 valuable features in the JBL Tune 130NC TWS earbuds

The JBL Tune 130NC TWS earbuds have several valuable features, including:
  1. Active noise-canceling (ANC): The earbuds feature ANC technology, which can block out ambient noise, making them suitable for use in noisy environments such as public transport, busy streets, or offices.
  2. Good sound quality: The earbuds have a dynamic frequency response range of 20 Hz - 20 kHz, and a sensitivity of 102 dB SPL@1kHz/1mW. This means that the earbuds deliver well-balanced sound with punchy bass, clear mids, and crisp highs.
  3. Comfortable fit: The earbuds come with ear tips in three sizes (S, M, L) to ensure a comfortable fit for all users. They are also lightweight, weighing just 5.6g per earbud, which makes them comfortable to wear for extended periods.
  4. Touch controls: The earbuds have touch controls, allowing users to adjust the volume, skip tracks, and activate voice assistants without having to take their phone out of their pocket.
  5. Quick charging: The earbuds have quick charging capabilities, allowing users to get an hour of playback with just 10 minutes of charging. The charging case also provides up to 20 hours of additional battery life for the earbuds.

JBL Tune 130NC - my feedback

Let's start with the positives. The noise-canceling feature on these earbuds is top-notch. I work in a busy office and the ANC does a great job of blocking out the background noise, allowing me to focus on my work without distractions. The sound quality is also very good - the bass is punchy and the mids and highs are well-balanced. I listen to a variety of music genres and the earbuds handle them all well.

In terms of comfort, the earbuds fit snugly in my ears and I can wear them for hours without any discomfort. I also like the touch controls - they're easy to use and I can control my music without having to take my phone out of my pocket.

However, there are a few downsides to these earbuds. Firstly, the battery life isn't great. I get about 6 hours of playback with ANC on, which is a bit less than I was hoping for. The charging case does help extend the battery life, but I still need to charge them fairly often. Also, the earbuds don't always connect seamlessly to my phone - sometimes I need to reset them to get them to connect.
