Today we are testing one of the most popular point and shoot cameras on the market. Sony has always offered some of the best cameras in this price segment. The DSC-W170 is no exception and is considered to be another great value for money from manufacturer Sony.
Sony's W170 looks stylish, especially in black, gold or red. Cyber-shot DSC-W170 offers a 10Mp sensor and a pleasing wide-angle Carl Zeiss lens with 5x optical zoom, not to mention a number of fun features, in a sturdy, industrial-looking form.

The camera itself is very easy to use and makes nice clear pictures even in low light conditions and offers rapid autofocus.The Sony DSC-W170 features an enviable 10.1 megapixels, Carl Zeiss 5x optical zoom lens, and all of the advanced shooting functions you expect from Sony. Elicit stunning detail from special moments with Face Detection technology, Smile Shutter, and Intelligent Scene Recognition.

Conclusion

Another amazing device by Sony. The DSC-W170 was a great deal for the money when it was released but it is very hard to find new these days. You can find one in 'like new' condition for around hundred dollars.
