Acer Aspire E1-571 review - Acer laptops has always been quite popular and they have had plenty of successful models in the last few years. Partly the reason for that may be the affordable price that Acer laptops usually have or because they are doing very well and the customers are satisfied with the product.
Probably it is somewhere in the middle, Acer offers wide variety of laptops and almost all of them are great value for money. Of course there are some disappointments but we are not going to talk about them today.

Yesterday I showed you another successful Acer laptop - the Acer Aspire V5-571
which is located lower in the price range but is a great value for money offered at just under £300.
The reason why the Acer Aspire E1-571 is a bit more expensive is because it hides a very capable and fast 2.5 GHz  Intel Core i5 processor. The rest of the hardware is pretty much the same, with some minor differences.

Acer Aspire E1-571 also has a 15.6-inch Acer CineCrystal LED display which unfortunately does not offer Full HD resolution - it is an HD screen with  resolution of 1366 x 768 which is still pretty good. The graphics performance is provided by the Intel HD 4000 graphics accelerator.

Acer Aspire E1-571 laptop usually comes with 4GB of DDR3 RAM and a 500GB hard drive. Of course you may come upon different model with of this computer with more RAM and storage space.
Acer Aspire E1-571 is fully packed with connection options, including 802.11a/g/n Wi-Fi (Atheros HB125), 10/100/1000 Gigabit Fast Ethernet, HDMI and Bluetooth.
You will also find a microphone and a webcam built-in this laptop.

As you can see the Acer Aspire E1-571 laptop is pretty well equipped with some good hardware. This is of course no cutting edge technology but at the price of around £350 it is pretty good.
Acer Aspire E1-571 laptop also comes with the latest Windows 8 64-bit operating system which is also a nice feature.

As many of you know, I spent a good amount of time with the Gen 2, and while it was a solid business machine, there were definitely a few things that needed attention.
