LG 24EA53VQ IPS LED monitor
LG 24EA53VQ-P review - yesterday I was looking around for a replacement of my good old 19-inch LG monitor and came upon an affordable and quite interesting offer for LG 24EA53VQ IPS LED monitor.

I myself am big fan of Dell monitors, I think they are great value offering good quality for a reasonable price. But if I have to be honest their top of the line monitors are quite expensive and the lower range is lacking some basic features (like no HDMI ports on brand new IPS display for over $250).
The competition in the affordable LED monitor segment is wild with plenty of strong competitors from Samsung, LG, Acer, Asus and many others. I particularly like LG monitors because they are usually quite cheap and offer good picture quality and good amount of features.

That is exactly the case with the LG 24EA53VQ which is 24-inch IPS LED display offering the best value in this class. It is actually very hard to find good 24-inch IPS display at a reasonable price. The LG 24EA53VQ is one of the most affordable IPS displays in this size segment which is its biggest advantage against the tough competition.

The AH-IPS panel of the LG 24EA53VQ offers Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 and 5000000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. It also has the full range of connectors and interfaces that you may need including HDMI, VGA (D-SUB) and DVI-D.

Here is the list of all the specifications of the LG 24EA53VQ IPS LED monitor:

Without stand - 56.7 cm x 5.9 cm x 34.4 cm

As you can see from the specs above the LG 24EA53VQ is one very well equipped modern monitor with the advantages of IPS panel, with great viewing angles and colors.

The price of just under $300 is also very appealing and makes this monitor worth taking a look, especially if you are in a tight budget for a decent 24-inch monitor for your PC. I honestly think the 24EA53VQ is a great choice for the home user - big size, small price and great features.

You can also take a look at the LG D2342P-PN 23-inch 3D monitor.
