When I first saw the Excelvan PW45-SS I thought that it is just another smart watch that I am not going to buy but a second look at its specifications and this watch really caught my attention. The PW45-SS happened to be a fully functioning quad-band cell phone with plenty of interesting features.

As you can see the Excelvan PW45-SS has some pretty interesting specs. Unfortunately we don't have this phone watch for a full test and review but we will try to get our hands on it and share our impressions from its performance.
