One week with the Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50F

Consumer review after a week with the affordable and yet very capable Android tablet Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50F

Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50F tablet

It has been more than a week since I got my first tablet - Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50F, so it is time to share some more detailed impressions that I gathered while using and testing this little companion.

The tablet itself feels solid in the hand and I have to admit the build quality is on a very good level. The outer casing of the TAB 2 A8-50F is entirely made of plastic but it doesn't feel cheap quality impression as many other competitors.

The sound

Another impressive thing is the sound. Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50F has two front stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The deliver clear sound and they are also pretty loud considering the size of the device. There are also some interesting sound settings for those who want to get the most of this tablet's sound.

Display

The HD display of the tablet is pretty good when used indoors but performs poorly in outdoor conditions. Even if you set up the brightness to its maximum levels you may find it hard to use in direct sunlight when using this Lenovo tablet on the go.

The overall impression from the Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50F is pretty good, it does a great job especially for a budget mid-range Android tablet. Probably I will share some more consumer feedback once I've spend more time with it.

Enjoy the unique sound and amazing multimedia experience even on the go with the Tab 2 A8. The technology Dolby Atmos® Cinematic Moving Audio delivers exceptional audio experience.

"Work online, play games or watch videos or pictures on 8 inch HD (1280x800) IPS display on the Tab 2 A8. IPS technology facilitates sharing everything you watch with friends, thanks to the ultra-thin, highly expressive touch screen, each image appears closer, clearer, brighter

Take Lenovo Tab 2 A8-50 everywhere with you! It's incredibly lightweight tablet and thin enough to be able to store almost anywhere for your convenience. When you need it, you can read, listen to music, watch videos or surf the web in an instant. It performs multiple commands simultaneously without worry whether its functionality will decrease."

AIWA RS-55 review: A retro pocket radio with a modern punch

AIWA RS-55 Review: Retro Style Meets Modern Sensitivity In an era dominated by digital streaming and smart speakers, there is a unique satisfaction in the tactile click of an analog dial. For my latest test, I went back to basics with the AIWA RS-55 AM/FM receiver . AIWA is a legendary Japanese brand, and with the RS-55, they’ve managed to capture a vintage aesthetic without sacrificing the build quality we expect today.
