2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe test drive and review

2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe test drive and review - first impressions on Hyundai's new sports car

The 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe is one of those cars that you are going to be in love with or totally hate it. This all is thanks to its provocative Asian design and new petrol engines.
Hyundai Genesis Coupe looks sporty and aggressive but you can easily recognize the Hyundai even without seeing the badge. The proportions of the car are very similar to those of the Scion FRS and Infinity G35/G37 coupe.
Though this car may remind you very much of the Nissan Z we can assure you the looks is the only thing they may have in common. The Z is much more refined and focused sports car, while the Genesis Coupe is more on the fun side.
For 2013 the Genesis Coupe will be offered with the choice of two engines - 4 cylinder 2.0l turbo producing 271 hp and a 3.8l V6 engine with the output of 345 hp. Those figures definitely look impressive, especially for a small coupe like the Genesis. These engines will be coupled with either 6-speed manual or the new 8-speed automatic gearbox.
Price of the new 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe will start from $22,000 for the four cylinder base mode and will reach up to $30,000 for the Grand Touring V6 version.
Take a look at the quick test drive and review of the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe and decide if may consider buying an affordable sports coupe like this one.
