GoClever TAB TERRA 90 review
GoClever TAB TERRA 90 9-inch cheap Android tablet

GoClever TAB TERRA 90 is a cheap 9-inch Google Android tablet with average specifications and low price tag.

When you take a closer look at the tablet and all of its performance you will probably notice there is nothing impressive about this tablet - neither its hardware nor its looks are class leading so it seems like its biggest advantage is the low price.
Design and looks
The GoClever TAB TERRA 90 is definitely not bad looking tablet. Its design reminds us of some of the earliest models of Samsung Galaxy Tab. The tablet itself is quite thin but the large frame that surrounds the display makes it look more like it is a 10-inch display rather than anything smaller. The white plastic back of the TAB TERRA 90 looks sturdy and offers good amount of grip when holding the tablet.

The build quality is OK but far from the top manufacturers.

Hardware specifications
The hardware performance of the GoClever TAB TERRA 90 is provided by the 1GHz Cortex A5 processor (InfoTMIC iMAPx15) and 512MB DDR3 RAM. I don't need to tell you that these are not going to be enough for good multitasking and you can forget about heavy video applications.

The storage space is 8GB (MLC NAND flash) but you add more with additional micrSD card - up to 32 GB.

Display
The 9-inch capacitive 5-point multi-touch display of the GoClever TAB TERRA 90 has very low resolution of  800x480 and 16bit colors.

Connectivity
With this tablet you can easily connect to the Internet thanks to the fast WiFi (802.11 b/g/n) connection. Unfortunately GPS, Bluetooth or HDMI connectivity are not present here so the GoClever TAB TERRA 90 scores very low results in the connection options category. What you have as an alternative is MicroUSB OTG.

Battery
For a 9-inch tablet the GoClever TAB TERRA 90 doesn't have the largest battery - with 4000mAh capacity it lasts for some 4-5 hours of work time.

OS
By default the GoClever TAB TERRA 90 tablet comes with Android 4.1 which is one of the better operating systems out there when talking about cheap tablets.

Extra features
Here we can point the fact that this tablet has 0.3 MP front-facing camera which is good for video calls. You can also add 3G connectivity with optional external 3G dongle.

GoClever TAB TERRA 90 tablet dimensions: 238 x 147 x 12 mm, Weight: 0.496 kg

Price
As I already said this is one cheap tablet that doesn't pretend to compare with the big brands in this class. You can find this tablet for around $100-120 which is considered a low price when talking about 9-inch Android tablet.

As an alternative I would recommend you few other cheap 9-inch Android tablets - UltraTab Jazz C9259Freelander PD60-A and the Tab 9 tablet.
