Lenovo Miix 2 10 and 11 quick video overview

Lenovo Miix 2 10-inch and 11-inch convertible tablets with powerful Intel processors

Lenovo Miix 2 10 and 11

Lenovo recently released couple of new tablets from their second generation Miix series which got very popular thanks to the concept of having a convertible tablet with high specs and very good performance (unlike some of the competitors).
If I have to be completely honest I got a little confused with all the modifications of the Miix tablets as there was a point when they were offering so many different models and sizes that it was really hard to keep track of what has been released and what is still to come.

Disgo 8104 Android tablet review

The Lenovo Miix 2 10-inch is already on the market and it is offered at a very competitive price of around $500. This tablet is powered by the the Bay Trail Intel Atom quad-core processors which promise to be much more capable than the outgoing mediocre Haswell cpu-s.

Unfortunately, the Lenovo Miix 2 10 will have only 2GB of RAM which might be considered an issue with some heavier Windows applications. The tablet itself will have 10.1-inch 10-point multitouch IPS display with Full HD resolution of 1920x1200.

The Lenovo Miix 2 11-inch on the other hand will be much more more capable with its bigger 11.6-inch FHD screen and better hardware like Intel Core i5 processors and up to 8GB of DDR3L memory. Both tablets will be using SSD for storage devices but the 11-inch version will also have the option for a 256GB unit while the maximum in the 10-inch is 128GB.
