Head to head: Logitech M175 and Asus WT465

Asus WT465 is powered by 1.5V battery which comes included in the package and will last for quite some time before it needs to be replaced. It is stored in a bottom compartment right next to the optical sensor. The power on/off button is also located on the bottom of the mouse.

Asus WT465 quick video overview

Actually the WT465 mouse was my personal choice for work mouse on my desktop but meritoriously it disappeared after a while.

Anyways, I will share my honest feedback about the Asus WT465 and it will be entirely up to you whether to buy it or not.
Asus WT465 mouse

First of all lets start with Asus WT465 specs which are quite short and not that impressive but still important in case you intend to purchase it any time soon:

The build quality of the Asus WT465 is actually pretty good. The mouse feels solid in the hand without any rattles or other strange noise from poor design and construction. The mouse itself is entirely made of black plastics which despite of the low price feels high quality and durable.

Asus WT465 will basically do what it is designed for - good for everyday use, pretty accurate on most surfaces (not all though) and comfortable. This mouse is actually pretty big and I think it would better work with desktop computers rather than laptops.

For your mobile computing purposes I would recommend the Logitech M175 wireless mouse which much more compact and easier to carry around. Also I think it the WT465 is not accurate on some surfaces that you may put your laptop on and that's why it's definitely not a great choice if you are looking for a wireless mouse for your notebook.

The buttons and scroll work pretty well and they all have good feedback so really nothing to complain here.

Price
In most stores Asus WT465 costs around $15-20 but you can find it on sale just like I did and buy it for less than 10 Euros (yes, that's like $12) which was just and amazing deal.

Verdict
Asus WT465 is a pretty good mouse for the money, well build and comfy to use. If you mange to find it under $20 you should definitely consider this as your next desktop mouse.

Thank you for checking my consumer Asus WT465 wireless mouse product review.

I have 2 of the wireless mouses (Asus WT465). I an very happy with this mounse as it is durable, not like the previous ones I have tried ( microsoft, logitech, trust). Some of these stopped working the first time I dropped the mouse.
Whilst this may be a bit "big", it is good that it fits into my palm and that makes it really comfortable. I prefer a lager mouse than a smaller one which makes my had hurt after a while being to small.

Thanks Estilla, I think the Asus WT465 is a great mouse for the money. I wouldn't use it to a laptop though, it performs great on a desktop and has very comfortable form.
