Since this is a consumer's blog you know I love to share all kinds of info that might be useful to our audience. Today I would like to talk a little about a lovely place located just 30 minutes away from Bulgaria's capital Sofia. RIU Pravets is a luxury resort located on the Balkans mountain range right next to beautiful Stara Planina slopes and amazing views. RIU Pravets is full of amenities for all tastes.
Actually I have been there couple of times and here are the most interesting or relaxing things you can enjoy in RIU Pravets resort:
  • Swim and enjoy in the enormous outside pool - best in the summertime when temperatures get pretty high. The outdoor pool is located just few steps of the main hotel building.
  • Swim and enjoy the indoors pool in the main building
  • Bike rides and walks - very good set up for these two, amazing views all around
  • Book reading next to the lake's alley - quiet and peaceful time with your favorite book
  • Enjoy the food - very good kitchen in the hotel itself and in the close town restaurants where you should definitely taste the local Bulgarian food
  • Tennis court - there is a hard court in the resort itself and another one in Pravets. If all these are busy you can take a 15 minute ride to Botevgrad, a town that hosts another tennis center in the area
  • Book a place for your next event like birthday or wedding - well, it is a bit more expensive than the average prices in Bulgaria but that is a 5-star resort after all
  • Golfing - one of the best and probably most popular golf courses in Bulgaria is located in the RIU Pravets resort, so golfers who stay there would definitely enjoy it

In my opinion these are some of the best options to relax in RIU Pravets resort in Bulgaria. It is definitely a place worth visiting. Here is some basic info about this premium vacation spot:
