AIWA RS-55 review: A retro pocket radio with a modern punch

AIWA RS-55 Review: Retro Style Meets Modern Sensitivity In an era dominated by digital streaming and smart speakers, there is a unique satisfaction in the tactile click of an analog dial. For my latest test, I went back to basics with the AIWA RS-55 AM/FM receiver . AIWA is a legendary Japanese brand, and with the RS-55, they’ve managed to capture a vintage aesthetic without sacrificing the build quality we expect today.

LG 43UN71003LA - product price, features and specification

LG 43UN71003LA 4k Smart TV

Just couple of days before Black Friday 2020 we will take a closer look at another good value for money product - the 43-inch 4k Smart TV LG 43UN71003LA (related models: 43UN71003LB and 43UN71003LC).

This LG TV comes at a very good price and offers nice, clean design and nice set of features like HDR and Smart TV.

As usual we start the review with detailed product specifications:

From the specifications listed above we can confirm that the 43UN71003LA checks all the boxes in this price segment... 4k, Smart TV, HDR, 3x HDMI, Bluetooth.

One thing that we definitely didn't like when we checked this TV in the store is the thicker frame (compared to some Samsung alternatives like the UE43TU8072) and the stand which looked really cheap and somewhat not as stable.

LG UN7000 series Smart 4k LED TVs - video

LG 43UN71003LA - product price

Prices for LG 43UN71003LA vary around £250-300. We also saw some stores that are trying to sell the 43UN71003LA which is quite a lot for this TV and we would recommend you to skip these and research for cheaper. This is a mid-range 4k TV from LG, not their premium line after all.

LG 43UN71003LA - our opinion
LG 43UN71003LA is a good mid-range and mid-sized LED TV which has some strong competition mostly from Samsung. Sony's offers in this segment are some 10% to 20% more expensive so we wouldn't consider them as direct competitors for the 43UN71003LA (43UN71003LB and 43UN71003LC).

Here are some alternatives in case you are not convinced the LG 43UN71003LA is your next TV:
Please give us your opinion about the LG 43UN71003LA and how would you rate it, we appreciate your feedback.

Sony Bravia KDL-42W650A Full HD LED TV price, specs and review Sony Bravia KDL-42W650A  Full HD LED TV Sony Bravia KDL-42W650A review - today at our consumer blog we are going to take a look at one of the latest 42-inch Sony Full HD TVs which offers great picture quality and will suit best everyone who needs an excellent home cinema experience without 3D effects. Sony Bravia KDL-42W650 is still not very popular around the world and the reason for that is not the lack of quality or functions which this TV is fully packed with but because of the fact that the  KDL-42W650/ KDL-42W650A is mostly going to be sold in Eastern Europe and some parts of Asia. Of course you can find this TV in other countries as well but it is still not presented in huge markets like UK and USA.

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 vs. Gen 2: The Key Upgrades Review

Why the ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 Is Worth the Upgrade The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 series is designed to be the "budget titan" of the business laptop world, offering the classic ThinkPad durability without the premium price tag. In this review, we compare the latest Gen 3 model against its predecessor, the Gen 2, to see if the upgrades justify the jump. While both are solid, the Gen 3 delivers crucial quality-of-life fixes that make it the far superior option.

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 First Look Review: Did They Fix the Flaws?

Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3: Flaw Fixed, Efficiency Gained Hey everyone, and welcome back! I was excited to finally get my hands on the third generation of the Lenovo ThinkPad E16 . As many of you know, I spent a good amount of time with the Gen 2, and while it was a solid business machine, there were definitely a few things that needed attention. This is my very first look at the Gen 3, and I wanted to share my initial feedback on what’s improved and what hasn’t. The E16 Gen 3 I’m reviewing here is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, shared Intel graphics, and 32GB of RAM.
