Acer TravelMate P253-E laptop review

Price, specifications and review of the cheap 15.6-inch laptop Acer TravelMate P253-E

Acer TravelMate P253-E

Acer TravelMate P253-E is one of the affordable and quite popular 15.6-inch laptops on the market today. But the TravelMate P253-E is not popular only because of its low price tag but also because it performs pretty well and is one of those products that we can say are good value for money.

There are few different versions of the Acer TravelMate P253-E laptop but the model we are going to review today is powered by 1.8GHz dual-core Celeron processor which is one of the cheapest processor from Intel's dual-core division.

This 1000M Celeron processor has 2MB Cache and is good enough for most of your daily tasks like Internet browsing, watching HD content or playing some games.
Thankfully Acer inserted 8GB of DD3 RAM which not something common for a budget laptop.

The massive 750GB hard drive is probably going to be more than enough for most users.

The 15.6-inch glossy LED screen of the TravelMate P253-E has HD resolution of 1366 x 768.

As for the video performance, you can rely on integrated Intel HD Graphics which is definitely not the perfect choice for gamers and graphic designers.

Acer TravelMate P253-E laptop is pretty well equipped with connection options like 802.11b/g/n Wireless,    USB 2.0, HDMI, Ethernet and VGA. You also get webacam with mic for Skype and conference calls.

The battery of the TravelMate P253-E holds charge up to 4 hours with the help of Acers' power management system.

Acer TravelMate P253-E laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 8 operating system.
