ASUS WT425 - a budget optical wireless mouse to buy in 2023

Couple of reasons why we think the ASUS WT425 mouse is one of the best choices for a budget mouse in 2023

ASUS WT425 wireless optical mouse

It has been a while since we last made a proper optical mouse review. Probably the reason for that is that we settled with couple of mice for work most of our work - these would be the Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed and the Razer DeathAdder Essential

Today we will take a look at something cheaper - the budget ASUS WT425 optical wireless mouse.

I remember back in the days when we first tested the Asus WT465 wireless mouse which has a lot of similarities with the WT425. Our feedback from the WT465 was quite positive but unfortunately the mouse got lost at some point, only used for couple of months.

Generally speaking, ASUS WT425 is comfortable to use, even for longer periods of time. Since it is big enough it is good for desktop use as well.

ASUS WT425 - product price

Of course one of the biggest advantages of the ASUS WT425 is its product price. If you are located in the EU you can expect price of around 10 Euro. For other location probably around $15
Yes, there are other competitors at this price point but for the build quality and overall performance that the ASUS WT425 offers we can put it among the best in class.

And yes, even though this mouse is not a fresh release, we believe it would still be a good purchase in 2023.

Hello, Thanks for your post. I was also thinking of buying it. But, I was bit confused, should it be a good choice in 2023 where there are a bunch of updated features available in newly released mice.

The E16 Gen 3 I’m reviewing here is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 5 processor, shared Intel graphics, and 32GB of RAM.
