Samsung UE55F6400 review
Samsung UE55F6400 55-inch 3D Full HD Smart LED TV

Samsung UE55F6400 is a premium 55-inch 3D Full HD Smart LED TV which offers some of the latest features and technology at a very reasonable price. And though this is not the most expensive Samsung TV of this size it probably offers the best value for money ratio for those searching for a big screen TV.

Samsung UE55F6400 is a stylish looking TV with the typical design features from the F6400 series and the One Design series. I myself am not big fan of the looks of these TVs because of the combination of shiny metal stand with black gloss frame of the panel. The frame itself is quite thin and makes the UE55F6400 look smaller than other 55-inch LED TVs.
Samsung UE55F6400 measures 125.04 x 72.46 x 4.88 cm and weighs around 16.8 kg without the stand.
Samsung is using some key technologies for making the picture quality of the UE55F6400 one of the best in class. The Wide Color Enhancer Plus, 200 Clear Motion Rate, Mega Contrast and the 3D HyperReal Engine make this active 3D TV perform exceptionally well in different conditions.
Samsung UE55F6400 achieves very good speed and performance when using the Smart TV functions thanks to its dual core processing technology. This technology is implemented in almost all new Samsung Smart TVs and   significantly improves the overall performance of the TV when using the different apps and Internet features.

With this TV you also get the Smart Interaction 2.0 interface as well as Samsung's Smart TV 2.0 which includes Smart Hub, On TV, S Recommendation, Web browser and many other interesting apps.

Connectivity
Connecting to the Internet goes effortlessly through the built-in WiFi. Samsung UE55F6400 also has plenty other connection options like 4x HDMI ports, 3x USB ports, RF in, Ethernet (LAN), Scart, CI, Component   Y / Pb / Pr, Composite AV, optical (sound) and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Samsung UE55F6400 delivers good quality sound through its 2x 10W speakers. They support Dolby Digital Plus / Dolby Pulse, DTS Studio Sound, DTS Premium Audio 5.1 and 3D sound.

Price
As i already mentioned the Samsung UE55F6400 is not the most expensive big screen Full HD LED TV in Samsung's model line. You can find it for around 1500 Euro (£1300 in UK) which is a fair price considering the good features and specs of this 55-inch  3D Full HD Smart LED TV.

If I myself had to buy a TV from this price and size segment I would probably choose the Sony KDL-55W805 which looks much better and offers the same (if not better) functionality as the Samsung UE55F6400. But if Samsung is you brand you definitely won't go wrong with the UE55F6400 which is a good value TV.
