Freezer 34 eSports DUO CPU cooler

Today, we received an important item of a future PC build we intend to make in the next couple of weeks - the dual-fan CPU cooler Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO. It is one of the best rated coolers in its price category based on online benchmarks so we decided to give it a try.

This particular cooler will be used for an AMD Ryzen 3rd generation build on AM4 socket. We decided that the stock AMD Wriath Spire cooler that comes with the Ryzen 5 is not going to be as effective as an aftermarket one, that is why we decided to try with the Freezer 34 eSports DUO.

Freezer 34 eSports DUO - our thoughts

To be honest, we have pretty high expectations for the Freezer 34 eSports DUO performance even though this is a moderately priced CPU cooler.

The listed MSRP is 45 Euro (around $50) which puts in the mid-range category.

Another driver that made us choose the Freezer 34 eSports DUO is its quiet operation - feedback that we got from multiple online reviews and benchmarks. Still, we are about to test this once we have the configuration set up and running.
