User review of Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER watch after 7 years

Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER review

The fact that we are doing a 7-year review of the Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER shows that this is one beast of a watch and it really is. The main keywords here are quality and functionality and this Casio watch deserves a very high rating in almost every aspect.

Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER - general thoughts and impressions

Even though I spend much more time with the Lorus RT383HX9 rather than with the Wave Ceptor, I still enjoy wearing this Casio watch. The reason is that it is super comfortable and light and fits perfectly. The titanium alloy that Casio have used for this watch make it one of the lightest watches I have in my collection.

Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER

Probably one of the few complaints that I have for the Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER is that it doesn't catches radio signal that often so it adjusts the correct time by itself. Sometimes I find it behind and it takes some time before it gets signal and adjusts the time.

The solar battery charging worked just fine during these 7 years and it is a real hаssle-free experience not to think of constantly changing batteries, saves you some money in the long run as well.

In terms of durability and build-quality the Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER is on a very good level. The wear and tear is more than acceptable for such long period of use and I haven't changed a part on it at all. That is a huge compliment for a watch that has been on many sport events, in the water and more.

Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER solar titanium watch - initial review

Overall, the Casio Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER is an awesome watch to have - it looks nice, it is comfortable, durable and quite functional.

After so many years it is still for sale in many watch stores. This only proves that the Wave Ceptor WVA-M640TD-1AER is a real success for the Casio brand.
