As you can see these are pretty basic specifications for a 2022 computer but so is the price of this cheap laptop.

Probably the biggest disadvantage is the low screen resolution of just 1366x768 pixels. Having an HD display is no longer the standard, even on cheap laptops and Full HD or even 4k resolution is expected from every new laptop. Of course Lenovo probably wanted to make the V15 laptop series as affordable as possible and that's why we shouldn't be too harsh on them for putting HD display.

The Celeron N4020 processor is also on the bottom of most benchmark tests in regards to speed and productivity. Anyways, it should be good enough for office work and document editing, browsing the Internet and watching YouTube videos. 

Thankfully the V15 82C30036UK is equipped with 256 GB SSD for storage which is much faster and lighter compared to standard HDD. With this laptop you get 8GB of RAM which is enough memory for most applications (no video editing or gaming expected on this laptop).

Verdict

If you need a cheap laptop with mediocre specs then the Lenovo V15 82C30036UK might be a very good choice. If you want something more powerful but still affordable, you should definitely check the refurbished ASUS VivoBook K553EA which has double the RAM, SSD twice as big and a much faster processor.
