2023 Honda CR-V - personal opinion

Consumer report of the 2023 Honda CR-V SUV - my personal opinion of one of Honda's most successful cars

Honda CR-V is a popular name in the automotive industry and it has been quite some time since it first came out in the late 90s.

Recently Honda released the latest generation of the CR-V, which now looks sportier and and a bit more... not so dull, shall I say. Design was probably one of the weak points of this vehicle throughout the years and I think Honda got it right this time.

On the other hand the CR-V has been one of the most reliable cars not only in Honda's fleet but also on the car market in general. I personally know couple of consumers who owned a CR-V and all of them were quite pleased with its reliability.

Things I like about the 2023 Honda CR-V

One of the things that I like and I have already mentioned is the design. Now this SUV looks settled and sporty at the same time. The interior ergonomics are slightly improved as well, something that many consumers will appreciate.

Another positive thing is the wide variety of powertrains that will be available for the CR-V - petrol, diesel and hybrids. One thing that I hope is improved a bit with this latest generation is the fuel consumption which wasn't always great on the CR-V. Yes, I know it is a relatively big car and a mid-range SUV but still I would expect some improvement in the economy figures.

Interior space - the new CR-V looks very spacious on the inside and has quite a versatile interior, important features for any SUV.

Things that can be improved in the CR-V

The sticker price is the first thing that comes to my mind, since the offers that I found for the 2023 CR-V are quite expensive, especially if you go for a top-trim model.

Generally speaking, I like the new 2023 CR-V quite a lot. With the right sticker price I would definitely consider one of these in the near future.

I would be happy to hear your opinion about this mid-range SUV as well, so feel free to share it in the comments.
