This moisturizer by La Roche Posay is suitable for oily and combination skin. It has a high SPF (30) and is suitable for hot and sunny months. The creme is lighter than Vichy's moisturizer and promises to correct your imperfections and spots.

I use both moisturizers on separate days depending on what my skin needs. If my face is getting dry, I go with Vichy. If my face is oily, I go with La Roche, as it has a slightly matte effect.

If my skin is feeling especially dry, I use Vichy's night care after I clean my skin well before getting to bed. This creme is rich and moisturizing, but if your skin is not dry it will not be absorbed well even in the morning.

La Roche Posay also gave me samples of their facial gel. I've washed my face with it a couple of times already and I'm happy with how cleat it feels without added dryness.

Body care

I bought La Roche Posay's baby body lotion for my daily body moisturizing care. The lotion is suitable for infants and adults alike. It contains to parabens or preservatives. It's hypo-allergenic and has no perfume.

I like the texture of this lotion and how well my skin absorbs it. Initially I though that the lack of odor will disturb me, but I got used to it. The lotion is overall very good and prevents skin dryness and irritation.

Today I will share my personal consumer opinion about a TV we bought some six months ago - the 40 inch Full HD Smart LED TV Sony Bravia KDL-40WD650. This is a non-3D panel with great viewing angles and a fair price of around 400 Euros.

Pros
We've been very pleased with the TV in the last couple of months. Among some of its biggest advantages I can point out:

• Got it cheap - less than $500
• Smart functions

Cons
There are of course some negatives but honestly it is just few that I can recall since buying the Bravia KDL-40WD650 LED TV:

• Smart TV Not an Android TV which offers bigger set of features
• Mediocre sound quality (we are using external sound system)

The worst support ever - Booking.com

Need help with your reservation with Booking.com? Make sure to prepare yourselves for some of the worst customer support interactions you can imagine

Since this is a consumer blog today I decided to share my extremely bad experience with Booking.com support team.

How did it all started?

Almost a month ago I decided to take advantage of their so called "Invite and Earn" program (also known as Refer a friend) which is a referral program which allows you to share personal unique link which your friends can use when making the reservation. So, what's the benefit - if anyone uses this link to book their stay you get $15 after their stay. And here is what's exactly said on Booking's site:

"After their stay, you get US$15 back on your credit card! (And your friend gets 10% back.)"

Everything looks fine so far, I have used the link to share with my friends and actually one of them used it shortly. What went wrong is the fact that Booking.com promises to pay the referral seven working days after the guests check out as stated on their website: "You should receive your reward within seven working days after giving us your card details". And as you can guess 20 days later the $15 are still not transferred, neither my friend received their 10% back.

Recently we purchased our first tumble dryer for our new home. After careful research, we decided for a mid-range condenser tumble dryer that we can use without connecting to the house's water lines. So, naturally we selected Beko DS 8133 G model and are very happy with our choice.

Characteristics

What I like the most about the Beko DS 8133 G dryer is that it doesn't have to be connected to the pipeline of the household. You only need to plug it in the power outlet and you're in business! This is exactly what we did when we received it. Unpack and plug and you're ready, it's that easy and you don't need any tools.

This dryer is not a slim model, but it's not too bulky. It measures 85 x 60 x 54 cm and fits perfectly in its designated spot. However, keep in mind that if you have a slim washing machine, you won't fit this dryer on top. Another thing I was pleasantly surprised with is the interior light of the dryer when turned on.

As I mentioned above, this is a condenser dryer, no heat pump. Now I know that you've read all about heat pump dryers and how they're so famous these days, but this condenser dryer has its benefits as well. The price is the biggest one of them - the difference between a condenser and a heat pump drier is at least $150. Most people think that this spending will be compenstated by the difference in the electricity bill, however to justify that you would have to use the drier at least 7 years to compensate for the used electricity.

The Beko DS 8133 G has a water container for the condensed water after your clothes are dry. Naturally, you will have to empty the container yourself. It probably takes 3-4 dry cycles to fill the container depending on how much clothes you put in and how wet they are.

Programs

The dryer has 16 programs depending on the type of laundry you are going to try. In my opinion, the programs are more than enough to suit all needs. When you select the desired program, the diod light next to it fires up. Usage of the programs is as below:

• Jeans - you can use specifically for denim clothes
• Baby protect - gentle program for baby clothes
• Shirts 15 min - short program for more delicate drying with less wrinkles
• Sport - use for synthetic, cotton or mixed fabric laundry
• 10 min, 20 min, 40 min, 60 min - dries for the selected time duration regardless of drying level
• Cottons iron dry - you can use for durable cotton laundry, dries enough to be ironed afterwards
• Synthetics iron dry - you can use for non-durable synthetic laundry, dries enough to be ironed afterwards
• Cottons Cupboard dry - you can use for durable cotton laundry, dries enough to be stored in your warderobe
• Synthetics Cupboard dry - you can use for non-durable synthetic laundry, dries enough to be stored in your warderobe
• Cottons Cupboard dry plus - you can use for durable cotton laundry, higher dryness level
• Cottons extra dry - you can use for durable cotton laundry, highest dryness level
• Delicates - low-temperature drying for delicate clothing
• Freshen up -  ventilates the clothes for 10 mins; usable if you've left the dried laundry in the tumble dryer for a long time

I am perfectly happy with this dryer and I think that the Beko DS 8133 G is a great choice for a dryer that corresponds perfectly to my needs:

Design and display

The Zenpad Z300C has simple design, similarly to most Zenpad tablets. The frame around the screen is relatively thick, the edges are smoothed out. The Novo 7 is manufactured and sold by the Chinese company Ainol Electronics. The 7 in the name of the tablet stands for the screen size. Ainol also has the Novo 8 and 5.Ainol produces tablet computers and phablet and are famous for launching the first Andorid 4.0 Ice cream sandwich tablet - the Novo 7.

Design
At first look, the Novo 7 Mars is not that impressive. The design is clean and simple - thick black frame around the screen, metallic silver backplate, rounded edges. It's a bit thick for my liking at 10.9 mm. The default position of the tablet is in decided to be landscape.

The Ainol logo is situated in the middle of the bottom frame below the screen. The sound contro and power buttons are on the top frame on the right side of the screen. The Mini-USB, headphone jack, SD card are on the left frame of the tablet.


What I find unusual is that the tablet doesn't have a back camera. Maybe that's a good choice, after all, who takes pictures with their tablet nowadays? But anyway, it's still uncommon and peculiar at first. The only camera is in the front and it's 0.3 MP, so don't count on any great selfies.

Performance

The overall impression with this tablet screams 'mediocre'. The best feature is the unbelieavable price. Several Amazon offers list the Novo 7 Mars at USD 53. Other than that, the tablet doesn't have much to impress you with. The 7-inch screen is a tad small by today's standards. The Amlogic processor isn't as fast as some tablets in a similar price range. There are user complaints that some apps don't run on the Novo 7 and that factory reset will be needed at some point in the device's life.

The battery is 3700 mAh so you can't expect it to run more than a day on average use. The audio is bearable, as well as the image quality. The good thing is that it has 8 GB internal memory which can go up to 32 GB with an SD card. It has USB and Wi-Fi as well.

The best thing about this laptop is the price. At as low as $53, it's unbeatable. Other than that, the Novo 7 Mars is not suitable for heavy mobile devices users, but it will make a good and budget Christmas gift for your kids or elder parents.
